运用库存管理理论,针对企业备件管理的现状,从备件库存与计划管理、供应商管理两个方面提出建设性意见,并对企业实施的零库存概念对生产带来的不利因素进行剖析,旨在降低采购成本,减少资金占用,满足设备维修的需要,提升企业综合竞争能力。“,”In light of the current status of the spare part management in the enterprise the present paper puts forward certain constructive proposals in regard to two aspects, namely management of spare part inventory and planning and management of supplier and at the same time analyzes the disadvantageous factors for production arising from implementation of the Zero inventory concept in the enterprise for the purpose to cut down the procurement costs and occupation of fund and meet the need of equipment re- pair and promote the competitiveness of the enterprise.
