目的观察性别因素对嗓音客观参数测量结果的影响。方法选取正常成年男性和女性各30名,分别进行嗓音客观参数的测量,采用SPSS13.0统计分析软件对测量结果进行t检验。结果声学分析的基频、最大基频、最小基频、基频差值及基频标准差,电声门图测量的EGG-基频、EGG-最大基频、EGG-最小基频、EGG-基频差值及EGG-振幅震颤在男女性之间有统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),最长声时女性低于男性,共振峰频率女性高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论性别因素对嗓音的客观测量参数值有一定的影响,进行嗓音客观测量评估时应按照性别分别进行。
Objective To observe the influence of gender on the measurement of objective voice parameters. Methods Thirty normal adult male and female subjects were selected, and the objective parameters of the voice were measured respectively. The SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software was used to test the measurement results. Results The fundamental frequency, maximum fundamental frequency, minimum fundamental frequency, fundamental frequency difference and fundamental frequency standard deviation of acoustic analysis, EGG-fundamental frequency, EGG-maximum fundamental frequency, EGG-minimum fundamental frequency and EGG- The differences of the fundamental frequency and EGG-amplitude tremor were statistically different between men and women (P <0.01 or P <0.05), while those in the longest sound were lower than those in men, and the frequencies of formant frequencies were higher in males than in males Significance (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The gender factors have a certain influence on the objective measurement parameters of vocal voice, and the objective evaluation of vocal voice should be conducted separately according to gender.
