In the 1980s, WL Andrews’ “Story of Freedom” opened the door to reevaluate, examine and interpret the narrative of the United States black nails using a variety of postmodern theory tools. It is a part of contemporary American studies of autobiography and the study of African American literature Masterpiece. Based on speech act theory, Andrews elaborates the reading tactics of nigral narration from the perspectives of author, reader and context. It is believed that the main reason that led to the long neglect of nile narration is the double reading strategy of white readers. The reading strategy should be “creative hearing” and “contextual reading”.
