土壤微生物学指标能够反映土壤质量,是敏感的土壤质量指标。本文以山东果园土壤急剧酸化为背景,研究了山东5个不同种植年限酸化果园(5a~30a)土壤pH值、土壤的微生物数量、土壤微生物量和酶活性的变化,分析果园土壤微生物学性状与土壤pH值的相关性。结果表明:随着种植年限的延长,除真菌、磷酸酶活性只在一定范围内呈现波动趋势外,土壤pH值与微生物数量,土壤微生物量、土壤酶活性呈现不同程度下降。其中酸化果园土壤pH值与微生物量碳、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶之间都存在着极显著相关,相关系数分别为0.92、0.97和0.94。土壤微生物数量、土壤微生物生物量、土壤酶活性之间也存在着某种关联,集中体现在土壤酶活性之间及与土壤微生物生物量之间。
Soil microbial indicators can reflect the soil quality, which is a sensitive indicator of soil quality. In this paper, based on the rapid acidification of soils in Shandong orchards, the changes of soil pH value, soil microbial biomass, soil microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity in 5 different years of acidification orchard (5 ~ 30 years) in Shandong were studied. There is also some correlation between soil microbial quantity, soil microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity, which is mainly reflected in the relationship between soil enzyme activity and soil microbial biomass.
