评价计划免疫(简称计免)工作质量问题,国内文献采用层次分析、模糊综合评分等方法进行综合评价,但各有利弊。为了探求客观定量、准确可行、能反映计免工作全貌的评价方法,是当前待解决的课题。本文试用系统工程中的TOPSIS法综合评价计免工作质量,并借秩和方法进一步扩展,能客观、真实地反映计免工作情况,在实际工作中具有较大的应用价值。 Evaluation of the project immunization (referred to as exemption) quality of work, the domestic literature using level analysis, fuzzy comprehensive score and other methods for comprehensive evaluation, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In order to explore the objective and quantitative, accurate and feasible, can reflect the overall evaluation of work-free assessment methods, is the current issue to be resolved. This paper tries to use the TOPSIS method in system engineering to evaluate the quality of work-free evaluation and further extend it by rank-sum method. It can objectively and truly reflect the work of accounting-freeing and has practical value in application.
