埋地油气输送管道具有不占用地面空间、隐蔽性好和不易受到破坏等优点,在油气等输送中得以广泛应用。管理发生腐蚀的主要类型有化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、细菌腐蚀等。腐蚀防护是控制管道是否会发生腐蚀破坏的关键因素。目前管道的腐蚀防护采用了双重措施,即防腐覆盖层与阴极保护(外加电流或牺牲阳极、排流)。防腐覆盖层至关重要的是能抵御现场环境腐蚀,保证与钢管牢固粘结,尽可能不出现阴极剥离。一旦发生局部剥离,就必须保证阴极保护电流的畅通,达到防护效果。
