目的采用HPLC法研究8批甘青乌头药材的指纹图谱。方法采用Waters XbridgeTMC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-40 mmol·L~(-1)乙酸铵缓冲液(氨水调p H10),检测波长230 nm,流速1 m L·min~(-1),柱温40℃。结果以15个共有峰为评价指标,8批样品中各共有峰的相对保留时间均<2%,相似度均>0.95。结论所用方法操作简便,精密度、稳定性和重复性均良好,可用于甘青乌头药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To study the fingerprints of eight batches of Glycyrrhiza glabra by HPLC. Methods A Waters Xbridge TMC18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-40 mmol·L -1 ammonium acetate buffer (ammonia water p H10) with a detection wavelength of 230 nm and a flow rate of 1 mL · min ~ (-1), column temperature 40 ℃. Results Fifteen common peaks were used as evaluation indexes. The relative retention time of each common peak in all the eight batches of samples was less than 2%, and the similarity was> 0.95. Conclusion The method used is simple and easy to operate with good precision, stability and repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Ganoderma Aconitum.
