:1 998年对新疆棉花耐高温菌系 HAI- 1 7的致病性、耐温性、大分生孢子形态、菌系营养亲和性、产毒量进行测定。结果表明 ,HAI- 1 7能在 40℃生长 ,易产生粘分生孢子团 ,大分生孢子 31 .8~ 49.5× 5.1~ 7.6μm为镰刀型。采用营养钵苗期鉴定法和 nit突变体技术 ,HAI- 1 7属于 7号生理小种 ,与标准 7号生理小种 Ag1 0 6亲和 ,与 3号和 8号生理小种不亲和 ,属中等致病型。标准 FA制品在 2 69nm处有特征性吸收峰 ,供试 7个菌系中 ,HAI- 1 7在 Modified Richard培养液中产毒量为 1 .1 μg/ ml,在 PSA中为 0 .9μg/ ml
: In 1998, the pathogenicity, thermotolerance, macrocyclid morphology, nutrient compatibility of the strain and the toxin production of the cotton high temperature resistant strain HAI-17 in Xinjiang were determined. The results showed that HAI-17 could grow at 40 ℃ and easily produced sticky conidia, and the conidia of 31.8-8.49 × 5.1-7.6μm were sickle-shaped.
