旅行社如何有效防止优秀员工“跳槽”

随着我国经济的不断增长,旅游行业面临人才紧缺的状况下,员工离职率居高不下。尤其是在随着旅游行业的发展旅行社激增的背景下,旅行社对人才的抢夺与储备之战拉开帷幕,同时也加剧了优秀员工跳槽现象的出现。由于当下旅行社在管理制度和管理办法上存在着诸多问题。本文针对这一情况从当下的发展背景入手,提出了造成这一背景的原因,并针对防止优秀员工跳槽的问题提出了相应的解决方案。 As China’s economy continues to grow, the tourism industry faces a shortage of qualified personnel and the turnover rate of employees remains high. Especially in the context of the surge of travel agencies with the development of the tourism industry, the travel agents’ war on talent grab and reserve kicked off, which also exacerbated the emergence of outstanding employees to switch jobs. Due to the current travel agencies in the management system and management methods there are many problems. In view of this circumstance, this article starts with the current development background, puts forward the reasons that cause this background, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problem of preventing the outstanding employees from changing jobs.
