目的:对麻花丝舌侧固定保持器以及高轻度玻璃纤维舌侧固定保持器、预成舌侧固定保持器的临床效果进行分析和比较。方法:随机取我院收治的36例接受固定矫治的正畸患者,随机分三组,第一组佩戴预成舌侧固定保持器,第二组佩戴麻花丝保持器,第三组佩戴高轻度玻璃纤维舌侧固定保持器,分别在一周之后、一个月之后以及三个月之后对这些患者的牙周指数进行测量,记录患者佩戴体验。结果:三个月后,第一组牙周指数变化、舒适度及易接受程度最小,第二组牙周指数、PLI、CI变化最大,易清洁程度最小,第三组CI变化、脱落次数最小,舒适度最高,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:固定保持器(麻花丝保持器和高轻度玻璃纤维舌侧固定保持器)同预成舌侧固定保持器相比较可以对患者的牙周指数产生更大的影响,其中麻花丝舌侧固定保持器的效果最为明显,高轻度玻璃纤维舌侧固定保持器有着最舒适相对有效易清洁的佩戴体验。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the clinical effects of cannibal tongue lingual fixation retainers and high-intensity glass fiber lingual fixation retainers and prelingual tongue fixation retainers. Methods: Totally 36 cases of orthodontics received fixed orthodontic treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups. CONCLUSIONS: The fixed retainers (hemp and high-strength glass lingual fixation retainers) have a greater effect on the periodontal index of patients than the pre-lingual fixation retainers, with the lingual side The effect of fixed retainer is the most obvious, high light glass fiber lingual fixation retainer has the most comfortable and relatively effective easy to clean wearing experience.
