目的探讨广州市番禹区某金属制品厂不同生产工艺中佩戴护听器的有效A计权声压级估算,找出其配置方面存在的问题和不足,指导厂家合理选配、使用和管理好护听器。方法调查该小型金属制品厂配备的护听器型号及给定的防护值(SNR值)、检测工作环境中的噪声强度。结果该厂配发某公司生产的1100型防噪声带线弹性耳塞,SNR值为31 dB。现场噪声调查结果:60t机械冲压位噪声强度为96.7 dB(A);100t油压机位噪声强度为69.4 dB(A),砂轮磨床位为86.7 dB(A),铣床位为83.4 dB(A)。结论该厂在正常生产情况下,佩戴防噪声带线弹性耳塞后,60t机械冲压位环境噪声从96.7dB(A)降低到78.1 dB(A),此为防护效果好;砂轮磨床位环境噪声86.7 dB(A)降低到68.1 dB(A),此为过度保护。
Objective To investigate the effective A-weighted sound pressure level estimation of wearing a hearing protector in different production processes of a metal product factory in Panyu District, Guangzhou City to find out the problems and deficiencies in its configuration and guide the manufacturers to rationally select, use and manage Guardian. Methods Investigate the model of the hearing protector equipped with this small metalworking plant and the given protection (SNR) values to detect the noise level in the working environment. Results The factory equipped with a company produced 1100 noise-resistant elastic cord with SNR value of 31 dB. The results of field noise investigation showed that the noise intensity of 60t mechanical punching position was 96.7 dB (A); the noise intensity of 100t hydraulic machine was 69.4 dB (A); the grinding wheel position was 86.7 dB (A); the milling position was 83.4 dB (A). Conclusion Under normal production conditions, the environmental noise of the 60t mechanical punching position was reduced from 96.7dB (A) to 78.1dB (A) after wearing the noise-proof earplugs. This is of good protection effect; the environmental noise of the grinding wheel at position 86.7 dB (A) is reduced to 68.1 dB (A), which is overprotected.
