目的:在观察扶正抑瘤颗粒(FYK)抗肿瘤作用的基础上,研究FYK对小鼠肝癌细胞(H22)细胞间通讯的影响。方法:采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜,荧光漂白后恢复技术(FRAP),动态观察经FYK治疗后H22细胞缝隙连接介导的细胞间通讯功能,并作定量测定。结果:FYK有一定抗肿瘤作用,并使H22细胞的胞间通讯得到明显恢复。结论:改善小鼠肝癌细胞(H22)细胞间通讯功能是FYK抗肿瘤作用的机制之一。
Objective: To observe the anti-tumor effect of Fuzheng Yiliu Granules (FYK) and to study the effect of FYK on the intercellular communication of mouse hepatoma cells (H22). METHODS: Laser scanning confocal microscopy, post-fluorescence recovery technique (FRAP), and dynamic observation of intercellular communication function mediated by gap junctions in H22 cells after FYK treatment were performed and quantitatively determined. RESULTS: FYK had a certain anti-tumor effect, and the intercellular communication of H22 cells was significantly restored. CONCLUSION: Improving the intercellular communication function of mouse hepatoma cells (H22) is one of the mechanisms of FYK anti-tumor effect.
