和谐的企业文化应体现企业文化本身不同层次之间的高度和谐,使企业和社会环境及自然环境的和谐相处,企业与企业之间、企业内部员工之间、员工与领导之间、员工与企业之间、企业与用户之间和谐相处。基于企业自身生存发展的要求以及和谐社会、和谐文化建设的需要,企业应构建一种新的和谐的文化,并坚持“以人为本”、“公平正义”、“诚信”的伦理原则。
