笔者在近五年的语文校本课程改革中,基于学校办学目标、学生发展需求、社会发展期待三个维度,从课程的研发、实施、评价三个方面,摸索课程管理的“三度空间”。在梳理、整合各类语文学习资源后,编制了《趣味语文》主题式语文综合实践校本课程和《创意阅读与表达》语文拓展阅读校本课程;同时采用表现性学习模式和多元的评价方法,转变师生的教与学等诸多方面,让校本课程为学校特色建设、为提升教师的课程领导力和培养学生各种学习能力服务,最终形成学校特有的校园文化,提升师生的综合素养。
In the recent five years of the reform of Chinese school-based curriculum, based on the school’s goal of running a school, the needs of students and the expectation of social development, the author explores the three dimensions of curriculum management from the aspects of curriculum development, implementation and evaluation. “. After combing and integrating all kinds of Chinese learning resources, the author has compiled the school-based curricula of ”Interested Chinese“ theme language and the school of ”Creative Reading and Expressing" to expand the reading of school-based curricula. At the same time, it adopts the mode of performance learning and the multiple evaluation methods to change Teachers and students in many aspects of teaching and learning, so that school-based curriculum for the construction of school characteristics, in order to enhance the teacher’s curriculum leadership and develop students’ ability to learn a variety of learning, and ultimately the formation of school-specific campus culture and enhance the overall quality of teachers and students.
