现代生物技术研发具有高度不确定性和高风险的突出特征,提高和保持研发柔性是生物技术企业的必然选择.本文首先分析研发柔性的内涵,结合现代生物技术研发的特点,着重研究了提高和保持其研发柔性的具体途径和措施.
