The literature on improving compressor durability, longevity, and improving the working conditions of maintenance workers has raised the need to limit compressor vibration levels across a wide range of frequency ranges. The vibrational spectrum (Fig. 1) is a vibrational characteristic. The horizontal axis of the vertical vibration measured on the screw base of the compressor is drawn parallel to the axis of abscissa and the corresponding vibration frequency is drawn parallel to the axis of ordinate. Experimental research on the electric compressor shows that the high-frequency component of the vibration frequency spectrum mainly comes from the vibration of the transmission motor and the dynamic load in the gear transmission of the pump. The force acting on the piston compressor is the main cause of the low-frequency component of the vibrational spectrum.
