从社会秩序建构的视角来看,先秦儒家的仁道价值既是治国过程中的惠民爱民理念和政策,又是天下一统途径选择中的惠民爱民理念和政策。先秦儒家认为天是仁道价值的终极依据,主要解决社会秩序建构的合法性问题,人性是社会秩序建构的现实依据,主要解决社会秩序的合理性问题。两种依据在秩序建构主体的价值创造活动中逐渐融合。
From the perspective of the construction of social order, the value of benevolence of pre-Qin Confucianism is not only the concept and policy of benefiting the people and benefiting the people in the process of running the country, but also the concept and policy of benefiting the people and benefiting the people in the choice of unifying the world. Pre-Qin Confucianists regard heaven as the ultimate basis for the value of benevolence, and mainly solve the problem of the legitimacy of social order construction. Humanity is the realistic basis for constructing social order and mainly resolves the rationality of social order. The two kinds of basis are gradually integrated in the value creation activities of the subject construction.
