采用同位素稀释法由10Be标准参考物质SRM 4325制备系列10Be/9Be标准样品,在北京HI-13串列加速器的AMS系统上对该系列标准(n(10Be)/n(9Be)范围为2.68×10-11~2.38×10-12)进行测量。测量结果显示,n(10Be)/n(9Be)测量值与标称值呈良好线性关系,且归一化后的测量值与标称值吻合。该系列标准可用于北京HI-13串列加速器的AMS系统对地质环境样品中10Be/9Be绝对比值的准确测定。
The isotope dilution method was used to prepare a series of 10Be / 9Be standard samples from the 10Be standard reference material SRM 4325. The series of standards (n (10Be) / n (9Be)) on the AMS system of the Beijing HI-13 tandem accelerator were 2.68 × 10 -11 to 2.38 × 10-12). The measurement results show that the measured value of n (10Be) / n (9Be) has a good linear relationship with the nominal value, and the normalized measured value agrees with the nominal value. This series of standards can be used for the accurate determination of the absolute value of 10Be / 9Be in geological environment samples of AMS system of Beijing HI-13 Tandem Accelerator.
