目的探讨优化多层螺旋CT(MSCT)应用于评估肠道病变的临床价值。方法选取2015年6月至2016年8月广东省河源市源城区人民医院收治的80例结直肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组采用常规扫描参数,试验组采用低剂量扫描参数,比较两组评估效果。结果试验组患者的CTDIvol、DLP值及有效剂量均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组图像质量合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组采用不同管电流,其噪声差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采用低剂量MSCT方式能够有效减少患者受到的辐射剂量,操作简单,具有十分明显的临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of optimized multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in the assessment of intestinal lesions. Methods Eighty patients with colorectal neoplasm who were treated in Yuancheng District People’s Hospital of Heyuan City, Guangdong Province from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and trial group with 40 cases in each group by random number table. The control group with conventional scanning parameters, the experimental group using low-dose scanning parameters, the two groups were compared to assess the effect. Results The CTDIvol, DLP values and effective doses in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the passing rate of the two groups between the two groups (P> 0.05). The two groups of different tube current, the noise difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion By using low-dose MSCT method can effectively reduce the radiation dose patients receive, simple operation, has a very clear clinical application.
