提出了一种新的方法解决了考虑滑道摩擦情况下飞剪机构的动力学分析问题。该方法首先通过相对速度和加速度判定摩擦力的方向,然后对每一给定位置通过四次求解方程组,最终确定出其中的一组正确解。该方法从理论上解决了此类问题的解析求解问题,对实际机构的强度设计、各铰链滚动轴承的选择、滑道材料的选择以及驱动电机功率的选择都有指导意义。
A new method is proposed to solve the problem of dynamic analysis of flying shear mechanism under the condition of slide friction. The method first determines the direction of friction through relative velocity and acceleration and then determines the correct solution by solving the system four times for each given position. This method solves the problem of analytical solution of such problems theoretically, which has guiding significance for the design of the actual strength of the mechanism, the choice of the hinge bearing, the choice of the material of the slide and the power of the drive motor.
