目的:初步研究时辰及饮食对健康中国人血浆中内源性还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响。方法:16名男性健康受试者分别在不同时辰、餐前及餐后采集静脉血2mL,以已建立的HPLC-MS/MS快速测定法测定血浆中内源性GSH的浓度,数据使用SPSS软件统计分析,比较不同时辰以及餐前餐后血浆中内源性GSH浓度差异有无显著性。结果:全部测定在一批内完成,16名男性健康受试者早晨空腹、早晨餐后和晚上空腹的血浆GSH浓度分别为(0.18±0.06),(0.23±0.11),(0.12±0.04)mg.L-1。3组数据两两配对t检验结果P值均小于0.05,具有显著性差异。结论:初步研究显示时辰和饮食对血浆中内源性GSH浓度影响均有显著性。
Objective: To study the effect of time and diet on endogenous reduced glutathione (GSH) in healthy Chinese plasma. Methods: Twenty-six male healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. Blood venous blood samples were collected at different times of day, pre-meal and post-prandial respectively. The concentrations of endogenous GSH in plasma were determined by HPLC-MS / MS. The data were analyzed by SPSS software Statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences in endogenous GSH concentrations in different postprandial and postprandial plasma samples. Results: All the tests were completed in one batch. The fasting plasma GSH concentrations in fasting morning, fasting morning and evening in 16 male healthy subjects were (0.18 ± 0.06), (0.23 ± 0.11), (0.12 ± 0.04) mg .L-1.3 group data paired t-test paired t test results were less than 0.05, with significant differences. CONCLUSIONS: Preliminary studies have shown that both time of day and diet have significant effects on the concentration of endogenous GSH in plasma.
