在高炉控制参数中,炉顶压力是非常重要的参数之一。高炉生产要求炉顶压力必须稳定,炉顶压力不稳定,会影响炉况顺行,甚至可能造成崩料、悬料,导致炉况失常。本文针对华菱涟源钢铁有限公司2 200 m3高炉炉顶压力波动大、强耦合、严重非线性的问题,利用模糊算法,对原有PID控制器进行改进,设计了基于模糊PID混合控制算法的高炉炉顶压力控制系统。在涟钢2 200 m3高炉改进后的实际运行结果表明,减小了高炉炉顶压力波动,降低了高炉焦比,对高炉生产过程有着重要指导意义。
In the blast furnace control parameters, the roof pressure is one of the most important parameters. The fuzzy PID hybrid control algorithm was designed Blast furnace top pressure control system. The actual operation results after the improvement of 2 200 m3 blast furnace in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. showed that reducing the blast furnace roof pressure fluctuation and reducing the blast furnace coke ratio has an important guiding significance for the blast furnace production process.
