该文研究了新型的阳离子苯乙烯-马来酰亚胺(SMA酰亚胺)树脂用于造纸湿部的性能。实验用质量分数为15%的损纸浆、质量分数为20%的脱墨废纸浆和质量分数为65%的热磨机械浆(TMP)进行抄片,测定手抄片中添加新树脂后的掉毛掉粉、施胶度、强度和白度。实验发现,当SMA酰亚胺树脂作为凝结剂用于化学废纸浆和预热法木片磨木浆(TMP)时,纸浆滤水性非常好,与添加聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的效果相当;浆中细小纤维和填料有着高的留着率,研究还发现,新树脂可以明显改善纸张的湿强度、耐破度、撕裂度和掉毛掉粉,并显著提高纸张白度。甲基化的苯乙烯-马来酸酐酰亚胺树脂(SMAIQ)具有广泛的适用性。SMA酰亚胺树脂的特性很大程度依赖于其疏水性(苯乙烯含量)和电荷密度。
This paper studies the performance of a novel cationic styrene-maleimide (SMA) imide resin for the wet end of papermaking. Experiments with 15% of the mass loss of pulp, 20% of the mass fraction of deinked pulp and 65% by mass of hot mechanical pulp (TMP) for sheet, measured in the manual sheet after the addition of new resin off Wool powder, sizing, strength and whiteness. It has been found experimentally that when the SMA imide resin is used as a coagulant in chemical waste paper pulp and preheat woodchip wood pulp (TMP), the pulp water-filtering property is very good, compared with the addition of polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride The results show that the new resin can significantly improve the paper’s wet strength, burst resistance, tear and hair loss powder, and significantly improve the paper whiteness. Methylated styrene-maleic anhydride imide resin (SMAIQ) has a wide range of applicability. The properties of SMA imide resins depend strongly on their hydrophobicity (styrene content) and charge density.
