我院自1985年起，在婴幼儿肺炎并发心衰的治疗中加抗氧化剂和维生素B1，疗效较好，现报道如下。对象和方法1985年以来参照卫生部制定的小儿肺炎防治标准[1]，诊断婴幼儿肺炎并发心衰157例。其中加用抗氧化剂34例，每天静脉给予VitC1g～2g，肌注或口服VitE10mg～50mg，肌注辅酶Q
