数控技能低碳教学是指将“低碳教育”贯穿数控实训教学始终,在原有的数控实训教学中融入“低碳”教育的教学。要坚持以节能、降耗、少污染的低碳机械制造为教学目标,使学生深刻领会低碳制造,并让低碳理念融入学生的日常生活。本文分析了低碳数控技能教学的必要性、教学原则、教学过程管理及教学评价方式。
CNC low carbon teaching refers to the teaching of “low carbon education” running through NC training and teaching of “low carbon” education in the original NC training teaching. To adhere to the energy saving, lower consumption, less pollution of low-carbon machinery manufacturing as the teaching goal, so that students a deep understanding of low-carbon manufacturing, and let the concept of low-carbon into the daily life of students. This paper analyzes the necessity of low carbon numerical control teaching, teaching principles, teaching process management and teaching evaluation methods.
