市场经济条件下,培育核心竞争力,是企业竞争制胜的关键。民族地区企业物质积累欠丰厚,企业可以通过文化建设增强企业的软实力,在物质投入不足的情况下,培育、增强企业核心竞争力。本文在深入研究企业核心竞争力和文化建设的关系的基础上,对民族地区基于核心竞争力的企业文化建设策略进行了初步的研究。
Under the conditions of a market economy, nurturing core competitiveness is the key to winning the competition. The material accumulation of enterprises in ethnic areas is not rich, and enterprises can enhance the soft power of enterprises through cultural construction, and cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the absence of material input. Based on the in-depth study of the relationship between the core competitiveness of enterprises and the construction of culture, this paper conducts a preliminary study on the strategy of corporate culture construction based on core competitiveness in ethnic regions.
