There is such a true story: in 1939, scientists discovered the fission reaction. Einstein, who had written a letter to President Roosevelt, suggested that the atomic bomb should be the first to be manufactured, but Roosevelt turned a deaf ear to it. Later, scientists told Roosevelt the story of Napoleon and Fulton at breakfast by the president’s attendant Sachs. The anti-French coalition surrounded Paris in the early 19th century. Fulton, the inventor of the steamship, sought out Napoleon, suggesting that the steamship should be converted to a warship but rejected by Napoleon. Sachs said: "If Napoleon invented Fulton,
