随着精密弹性材料及冶金技术的发展,目前我国0.5级以上电表、小型扇形表、地震仪等特殊仪器仪表大多数采用张吊丝支承。张丝是仪表的关键元件。而张丝质量的好坏又取决于材质的优劣和合理的加工工艺。因此,张丝的材料必须满足以下技术要求:(1)具有较高的机械强度,要求抗拉强度为90~200kg/mm~2;(2)具有恒弹性、低后效,装表试验后效已达0.04%;(3)具有良好的加工性能,加工时不开裂、不分层、无毛刺;(4)抗腐蚀能力强,易焊接、不氧化;(5)具有低的弹性
