目的:在西藏那曲地区虫草产区各县收集冬虫夏草寄主昆虫卵,采用不同孵化方式寻找孵化率高、操作简便、在当地可行的孵化方法。方法:采用冬虫夏草自然生态投放孵化、产区室内自然保湿孵化、室内控温孵化三种方法。孵化期采用不同的湿度比较。结果:自然生态投放孵化率仅22%,且孵化时间长达50天;海拔4500米的室内孵化率达82%,孵化时间在第28-36天;室内控温孵化率75-78%,孵化时间在22-30天。湿度为含水量60%孵化率最高。结论:在西藏那曲地区所在地,室内保湿孵化法操作简单,孵化率不低,控制条件不具备的情况下是首选方式。
OBJECTIVE: To collect the host eggs of Cordyceps sinensis in counties in Cordyceps area of Nagqu, Tibet. Different hatching methods were used to find hatching rate, easy to operate and local feasible hatching method. Methods: Cordyceps sinensis natural ecological hatching, production area indoor natural moist hatching, indoor temperature control incubation three ways. Incubation period using different humidity comparison. Results: The incubation rate of natural ecology was only 22%, and the incubation time was up to 50 days. The indoor incubation rate was up to 82% at an altitude of 4500 meters and the incubation time was on the 28th to 36th days. The incubation temperature was 75-78% Time in 22-30 days. Humidity 60% of the highest hatching rate of water. Conclusion: In the area of Nagqu, Tibet, indoor moisturizing incubation method is simple, the hatching rate is not low, and the control conditions are not available, which is the preferred method.
