一、一个激励机制的模型当我们评论企业的效率时,指的是企业在财务上的成功,也就是以影子价格来结算的投入产出比。企业职工由于受雇佣于企业而与企业缔结了某种隐蔽的契约关系,他因此与企业的管理者形成了某种联系。这种联系的实质是:管理者努力达到企业所有者的要求,为此他必须设计出某种激励机制,以使企业职工为实现这些要求而努力。因此,企业的内部高效率有赖于激励机制的成功。
