Ninety patients with T2DM and NAFLD were selected and divided into the AS group (AS group) and the AS group (B group) according to the presence or absence of AS, and the related factors were analyzed. Results There was significant difference between ALT and CRP in two groups, and it was positively correlated with IMT. Conclusions The levels of ALT and CRP are closely related to whether AS and T2DM are complicated with NAFLD. The levels of ALT and CRP are closely related to macrovascular complications in T2DM and may be used as independent risk factors for predicting AS.
