利用35MeV的质子束轰击ThO2粉末靶,通过(232)Th(p,3n)反应产生(230)Pa核,经用放射化学方法分离出(230)Pa核并制成(230)Pa→(230)U测量源.用聚乙烯对苯二酸酯固体核径迹探测器记录其发射的重离子径迹.经248天的收集,观测到了两个(230)U→(208)Ph+(22)Ne衰变事件,相对于α衰变的分支比为(1.3±0.8)×10-14.
The (230) Pa core was produced by the (232) Th (p, 3n) reaction using a 35 MeV proton beam to bombard the ThO2 powder target and the (230) Pa core was resolved by radiochemical methods to produce (230) Pa → U Measurement source. The heavy ion traces emitted by polyethylene terephthalate solid nuclear track detectors were recorded. After 248 days of collection, two (230) U → (208) Ph + (22) Ne decay events were observed, and the branching ratio relative to α decay was (1.3 ± 0.8) × 10-14.
