用CFD模拟和电导率实验研究结晶过程。重点在不同进料位置对结晶过程的影响。CFD模拟采用FLUENT软件研究结晶器内部搅拌混合过程,分析各点的速度变化;电导率实验利用电导率仪测定搅拌过程中各点的电导率变化。CFD模拟顶部进料时收敛时间为0.75 s,底部为0.25 s;电导率实验顶部进料混合时间为40 s,中部为30 s,底部为20 s。模拟结果和实验结果都表明:以底部进料的混合时间为最短。
The crystallization process was investigated experimentally with CFD simulations and conductivity experiments. Focus on the different feed position on the crystallization process. CFD simulation using FLUENT software to study the internal mixer mixing process, analysis of the speed changes at each point; Conductivity experiments using conductivity meter at various points during the change of conductivity. CFD simulates the top feed with a convergence time of 0.75 s and a bottom of 0.25 s. The conductivity of the top feed is 40 s for the top, 30 s for the middle and 20 s for the bottom. The simulation results and the experimental results show that the mixing time of the bottom feed is the shortest.
