在悬索桥的概念设计阶段,若仅通过单位面积的经验造价指标估算其经济性能,精度往往无法满足方案比选的要求。首先将悬索桥的力学模型予以简化,基于解析法推导各构件的材料用量,然后结合现有工程对各构件的价格指标进行标定,得出了一套悬索桥经济性能的估算方法。最后以某主跨420m的单跨叠合梁悬索桥为工程背景进行了对比分析,验证了所提出的估算方法具有较好地精度,能够满足概念设计的要求。
In the stage of conceptual design of suspension bridge, the accuracy of the suspension bridge can not meet the requirements of scheme selection if it is only estimated by its empirical cost per unit area. Firstly, the mechanical model of the suspension bridge is simplified. Based on the analytic method, the material consumption of each component is deduced. Then, the price index of each component is calibrated with the existing engineering, and a set of method to estimate the economic performance of the suspension bridge is obtained. Finally, the single-span composite girder suspension bridge with a main span of 420m is contrasted and analyzed. The results show that the proposed method has good accuracy and meets the requirements of conceptual design.
