液化气罐是一种压力容器。它的用材、制造工艺、性能要求等均有中华人民共和国的国家标准。对于容积不同、用途不同的钢瓶，从尺寸到焊缝等都有不同的要求，因此在选材、制造、焊接等工艺都必须有严格的质量要求。此类压力容器，一旦发生事故，都会给人民的生命财产造成很大损失。本次煤气罐的爆炸开裂就是一例，造成死亡１人，伤６人，损坏房屋２间以及其它财产。通过分析，它的爆裂是由于焊接的焊缝部分没有焊透，有焊接质量问题，加之满罐气又在炉边加热烘烤，使得该煤气罐发生了爆炸开裂。
Liquefied gas tank is a pressure vessel. Its timber, manufacturing processes, performance requirements, and so have the People’s Republic of China’s national standards. The explosion of the gas tank is an example, killing one person, injuring six people, damaging two houses and other property. Through the analysis, it is due to the burst of the welded part of the weld is not penetrated, there is a problem of welding quality, combined with full gas and heat in the hearth baking, making the gas tank exploded.
