目的:研究经大鼠溃疡皮肤反复给予朱红膏对肾脏抗氧化能力的影响,进一步探讨朱红膏中汞经皮吸收作用于肾的机制。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分8组:朱红膏A,B,C,D,E(含原药材1.219,0.609,0.305,0.152,0.076 g.kg-1)5个剂量组、基质组(凡士林)、溃疡模型组及皮肤破损组。连续给药14 d,测定尿液NAG,RBP水平及肾组织中T-AOC,SOD,GSH-PX,GSH水平。结果:与溃疡模型组比较,朱红膏A组NAG水平升高,A,B,C,D组RBP含量均明显升高;朱红膏A,B,C组T-AOC显著升高;朱红膏E组T-SOD活力升高;朱红膏A组T-SOD活力显著降低;朱红膏A,B,C组GSH-PX活力均明显升高;随剂量的增加,朱红膏各给药组GSH含量均明显升高。结论:一定剂量朱红膏外用,可以调动机体抗氧化防御系统,提高抗氧化能力,随着剂量增加,则对某些抗氧化物质活性出现明显的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of repeated administration of Zhuhong cream on renal antioxidant capacity in rat ulcer skin, and to further explore the mechanism of mercury percutaneous absorption of Zhuhong cream on renal function. Methods: Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups: five doses of Zhuhong cream A, B, C, D, E (including the original medicinal materials 1.219,0.609,0.305,0.152,0.076 g.kg-1) (Vaseline), ulcer model group and skin damage group. Continuous administration for 14 days determined urinary NAG and RBP levels and T-AOC, SOD, GSH-PX and GSH levels in renal tissue. Results: Compared with ulcer model group, the content of NAG in group A, B, C and D increased significantly; the T-AOC in group A, B and C increased significantly; The activities of T-SOD in group A and group B were significantly increased; the activity of T-SOD in group A and B was significantly lower than that in group A; the GSH-PX activities of group A, B and C were significantly increased; Significantly increased. Conclusion: A certain dose of Chu-red ointment can mobilize the body’s antioxidant defense system and improve the antioxidant capacity. With the dose increased, the activity of some antioxidant substances obviously inhibited.
