伴随着大型城市综合体的出现,消防设计与我国现行消防规范的矛盾凸显,受使用功能和建筑美观的局限,部分消防设计方案难以完全满足消防规范要求,性能化防火设计方法可在科学评估建筑消防性能的基础上提供技术解决方案,本文运用性能化防火设计方法对某商业综合体首层楼梯至室外安全出口直接疏散距离过长问题开展定量数值模拟计算,研究结果表明采用增设避难走道的方式能够保证建筑内人员的安全疏散。
With the advent of large-scale urban complexes, the conflict between fire protection design and the existing fire codes in our country is highlighted.
