脑钠肽(BNP)是一种主要从心室分泌的多肽类激素,在心脏维持其结构和功能的正常中起着重要的代偿作用,其同源代谢产物N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)具有半衰期长、稳定性良好等优点,临床测定血浆NT-proBNP水平有助于呼吸困难的鉴别诊断,同时可用于对心血管疾病尤其是急慢性心力衰竭的疗效、预后评估及指导治疗。本文就NT-proBNP在心血管疾病尤其是充血性心力衰竭的诊断、治疗及预后中的应用作一综述。
Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), a peptide hormone secreted mainly from the ventricles, plays an important compensatory role in the normal maintenance of cardiac structure and function. Its homologous metabolite N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT- proBNP has the advantages of long half-life and good stability. The clinical determination of plasma NT-proBNP level is helpful for the differential diagnosis of dyspnea, and can be used to evaluate the curative effect, prognosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases, especially acute and chronic heart failure. This article reviews the application of NT-proBNP in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases, especially congestive heart failure.
