用3种指示剂监测医院压力蒸汽灭菌的合格率,结果互有差异,以嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片指示的合格率最高。其中,以铝饭盒盛装的物品合格率最低,布包物品最高,但均未全部达到灭菌。对76所医院消毒液调查,总菌数超过250个/ml的样本达13.59％;消毒液的污染率随使用时间延长而增加,使用3天内的污染率仅6.71％,7天以上则达26.82％。
