五年制高职是培养生产一线“懂技术、善管理、晓经营”的高技能应用型人才,在强调专业技能的同时,更应注重职业核心技能的培养。本文结合我校现代园艺技术专业探索职业核心能力培养过程中的实践经验,阐述如何将职业核心能力培养贯穿教学活动的全过程。 Five-year vocational education is to cultivate high-skilled talents who are first line of production, understand technology, manage well and operate with knowledge. While emphasizing professional skills, they should pay more attention to the cultivation of vocational core skills. Based on the practical experience of modern horticultural technology major of our school in exploring the cultivation of vocational core competence, this article expounds how to train the core competence of vocational education throughout the whole process of teaching activities.
