文中介绍的弹性体部件是通过混炼型聚氨酯交联后制成的。而聚氨酯则是通过聚酯二醇与二异氰酸酯聚合反应获得,其中酯基团含量25%~35%质量份(8 m mol/g);氨基甲酸酯基团含量7%~12%质量份(2.0 m mol/g)。经测定发现,此弹性体部件能耐油,具有高机械强度,优良的耐低温性能、耐热性能和良好的综合性能。
The elastomeric parts described in this article are made by cross-linking of a hybrid polyurethane. Polyurethane is obtained by the polymerization of polyester diol and diisocyanate, wherein the content of ester groups is 25-35% by mass (8 mol / g); the content of urethane groups is 7-12% by mass (2.0 m mol / g). The measured found that the elastomer parts can be oil, with high mechanical strength, excellent low temperature resistance, heat resistance and good overall performance.
