目的采用RP-HPLC法测定杜仲板皮和枝皮中桃叶珊瑚苷、绿原酸、京尼平苷和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的量。方法采用Cosmosil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,体积流量0.8 m L/min,检测波长208 nm,柱温25℃。结果杜仲板皮中桃叶珊瑚苷、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷量大于枝皮,枝皮绿原酸、京尼平苷量大于板皮;在不同产地来源上,杜仲板皮和枝皮中桃叶珊瑚苷、绿原酸、京尼平苷和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷平均质量分数有一定差异性。结论该方法简便、快速、准确可靠,为更全面合理科学地对杜仲药材质量的评价提供了技术支撑。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of aucubin, chlorogenic acid, geniposid and pinoresinol diglucoside in Eucommitta bark and bark by RP-HPLC method. Methods A Cosmosil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with gradient elution with acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid. The volume flow rate was 0.8 m L / min. The detection wavelength was 208 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The contents of aucubin and pinoresinol diglucosidase in Eucommia bark were greater than that of shoots and branches, and the amount of geniposide was greater than that of the barks. In different origins, the contents of aucubin, Glycosides, chlorogenic acid, geniposide and pinoresinol diglucoside average mass fraction of a certain difference. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, which provides technical support for the comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of Eucommiae medicinal quality.
