The authors immunized 42 mice with different doses of diphtheria, tetanus toxoid, adsorbed DTP and purified diphtheria toxoid, and then measured diphtheria in mouse serum using the indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) and the toxin neutralization test (TN) Antitoxin content.
