本文提出继续教育中出现的问题 :1.学员学习目的不明确。 2 .在教学中采取的方法有失偏颇。 3 .对中西方文化语言交叉现象理解混淆。 4.对素质教育片面理解。 5 .在教学实践中缺乏综合概括能力 ,尚无完善的科学的双方评估方式 ,缺乏最新的教学理论指导及论文书面形成能力。针对上述问题 ,首先简要的提出培训模式及教学模式的改革 ,然后着重从教育学、心理学的角度进行科学的分析 ,并在此基础上提出教师角色的改变需要教师观念的改变 ,教学方法的改变及教师接受培训时课程设置的重点等对策
This article proposes the problems that arise in continuing education: 1. The students’ learning objectives are not clear. 2. The method adopted in teaching is biased. 3. Understand the confusion between Chinese and Western cultures and languages. 4. One-sided understanding of quality education. 5. There is no comprehensive summary ability in teaching practice. There is no perfect scientific evaluation method for both parties. It lacks the latest teaching theory guidance and paper writing ability.
