随着我国社会急剧转型,校园纠纷激增,传统的单一校园纠纷解决机制表现出部分的不适应性。校园冲突类型众多,引起的原因也纷繁复杂,往往具有潜在性和隐藏性,一旦矛盾突破校园,就可能对社会造成更大的危害。为了构建和谐校园,公正、及时、高效化解纠纷,将校园纠纷的潜在危害限制在最小,有必要从制度层面整合、调整和创新教育领域的各种纠纷解决渠道,构建多元化的高等教育领域矛盾纠纷解决机制。
With the rapid social transformation in our country, the proliferation of campus disputes has shown that the traditional single-campus dispute resolution mechanism shows some incommensurability. There are many types of campus conflicts and their causes are complicated. They often have the potential and hidden nature. Once the conflicts break through the campus, they may cause more harm to the society. In order to build a harmonious campus, to resolve disputes in a fair, timely and efficient manner, the potential harm of campus disputes is limited to a minimum.
