目的:探讨多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影(MSCTPA)在肺小动脉栓塞诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析12例肺小动脉栓塞患者的临床资料及MSCTPA表现。结果:12例患者肺栓塞均位于肺动脉段及亚段水平,受累肺动脉段及亚段126支,MSCTPA显示肺小动脉栓塞的征象为肺小动脉内的大小不等的充盈缺损所致的狭窄及闭塞改变,其中中心性充盈缺损44支,附壁性充盈缺损51支,闭塞31支。结论:MSCTPA是准确、快捷、无创的影像诊断方法,可以作为诊断肺小动脉栓塞的首选检查方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography (MSCTPA) in the diagnosis of pulmonary arterial embolism. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 12 cases of pulmonary arterial embolization in patients with clinical data and MSCTPA performance. Results: All 12 pulmonary embolisms were located in the pulmonary artery segments and sub-segments, involving the pulmonary artery segment and sub-segment 126. MSCTPA showed signs of pulmonary arterial embolism as signs of stenosis due to varying sizes of filling defects in pulmonary arterioles and Occlusion changes, including central filling defect 44, adventitious filling defect 51, occlusion 31. Conclusion: MSCTPA is an accurate, rapid and noninvasive imaging diagnosis method, which can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of pulmonary arterial embolism.
