红外光谱和X射线衍射线谱显示,腐殖酸类中组分A与尿素热合反应后,特征吸改峰和特征X射线衍射峰发生了明显的变化,证实反应主要发生在临苯二甲酸型及水杨酸型的羧基和酚羟基官能团上.盆栽试验结果表明,腐殖酸类A分—尿素复合后对土壤脲酶有明显的抑制作用,与氢醌相比,缩合物经35天对脲酶活性的抑制率仍高达18.2~23.3%,而氢醌的抑制效应已消失.本研究为利用腐殖酸类物质制造长效尿素提供了依据.
