目的比较游标卡尺测量法和体视显微镜测量法检测SD大鼠正畸牙齿移动距离的优劣。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为5组,每组12只,建立实验性SD大鼠正畸移动模型,于加力1、4、7、10和14d处死1组大鼠,术前、术后灌制正畸牙齿的精确模型。分别采用游标卡尺测量法和体视显微镜测量法对不同时间点正畸牙齿移动的距离进行测量,并进行比较和统计学分析。结果 2种测量方法在1和4d组的测量结果差异有统计学意义,其余3组的测量结果差异无统计学意义。体视显微镜测量法检测结果的标准差和变异系数均较游标卡尺测量法明显偏小。结论体视显微镜测量法是一种较精确、快速地测定实验性正畸牙齿移动距离的方法。
Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of vernier caliper measurement and stereo microscope measurement to detect the distance of orthodontic tooth movement in SD rats. Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 12 rats in each group. The experimental SD rat model of orthodontic movement was established. One group of rats were sacrificed at 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14 days after operation. , An accurate model of orthodontic tooth irrigation. The distance of orthodontic tooth movement at different time points was measured by vernier caliper measurement and stereomicroscope measurement respectively, and compared and analyzed statistically. Results There was significant difference between the two measurement methods in 1 and 4d groups, but there was no significant difference in the other 3 groups. The standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the test results of stereomicroscope were significantly lower than those of vernier caliper measurement. Conclusion Stereo microscope measurement is a more accurate and rapid method to determine the distance of experimental orthodontic tooth movement.
