介绍了在考虑水资源需求(包括灌溉、饮水、现有水电站)的情况下对意大利可开发水电蕴藏量进行评估的方法。模型采用数值模拟技术,结合地理信息系统和1 500个相关联的子流域的水文、自然地理特性以及降水图,绘制了可用水资源量及其相关的最大水电蕴藏量的分布图,所开展的这些工作对电力管理局、决策者和其他利益相关者在制定能源总体规划和建设小水电站方面有很大帮助。
Presented a methodology for assessing the amount of developable hydropower reserves in Italy, taking into account water resource requirements (including irrigation, drinking water, existing hydropower stations). The model uses numerical simulation techniques to map the distribution of available water resources and their associated maximum hydropower reserves in combination with the geographic information system and the hydrological, physical and geographical characteristics of 1,500 associated sub-basins, and precipitation maps These efforts are of great help to the power management bureau, policymakers and other stakeholders in the development of a master plan for energy and the construction of small hydropower stations.
