文章对高速发展的房地产企业薪酬设计存在的问题及其原因进行了分析,提出了高速发展的房地产企业在薪酬设计时应考虑不同人才的薪酬需求、满足不同岗位的薪酬需求,建立适应企业发展的薪酬体系。
The article analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the remuneration design of the real estate enterprises in the high-speed development. It puts forward that the real estate enterprises in the rapid development should consider the remuneration needs of different talents in the remuneration design, meet the remuneration needs of different positions, and establish the enterprise- Salary System.
